With great pleasure we would like to invite you for the World Youth Scientist Summit (WYSS) 2022 European Event, which will be held in Brussels on November 9th, 2022. For the event program, please refers to the link here
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals provides a shared blueprint for a fair, beautiful and sustainable world for people and the planet, now and into the future. Part of achieving this future depends on innovation, in which the world’s young generation of scientists, researchers and engineers can play a critical role. The China Association for Science and Technology and the People's Government of Zhejiang have successfully held the World Young Scientist Summit (WYSS) in 2019, 2020 and 2021, with an aim to promote exchanges and mutual learning, strengthen cooperation in science,as well as to enable more young scientists to realize their aspirations. In 2020, the UN Secretary-General António Guterres sent special congratulatory letters to all participants, demonstrating the importance UN place on the world’s youth towards shaping the future. The Secretariat of World Young Scientist Summit (WYSS) and the Association of Chinese-European Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ACEIE), together with European Partners will organize a WYSS 2022 European Event in Brussels on November 9th, 2022, as part of the WYSS 2022. For information about the event organization, please refers to the link here
The theme of the WYSS 2022 European Event will be about the major global challenges such as climate change, life and health, new materials, digital economy, new energy, and smart equipment, etc., focusing on Youth, International and Scientific. The event consists of the keynote speaker session, the academic exchange sessions, and the panel discussion sessions.

The main airports for Brussels are Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) and Brussels South Charleroi (CRL).

The metro (STIB) is a fast and easy way to get around in Brussels. Walking distance from metro station Alma to Tangla hotel is approx.8 minutes
By car:
· Coming from All directions: Take the highway E 40 (Brussels-Liège), take Exit 20 Kraainem and follow the signs for "UCL - St-Luc" or take the ring Road, Exit 2 "Wezembeek-Oppem" and follow signs for "UCL – St Luc/ Tangla Hotel Brussels". The hotel is opposite the windmill you encounter.
· Coming from central Brussels: Follow Boulevard de la Woluwé then Avenue Hippocrate, and follow the signs for "Hôpital UCL-St Luc"/ Tangla Hotel Brussels. The hotel is opposite the windmill you will encounter. Or take Exit 20 (Kraainem) from the E40
