The Carbon Neutralization (English) focuses on basic research and practical applications related to carbon utilization, carbon reduction, and clean energy. It aims to invite experts and scholars from various fields to publish high-quality and forward-looking works, and provide a unique platform to promote cooperation among scientists in various fields. The journal was founded in 2022, with Academician Rose Amal from the University of New South Wales as Honorary Editor-in-Chief, and Professor Zhao Min, also President of Wenzhou University, and Professor Chou Shulei, also Dean of the Wenzhou University Technology Innovation Institute for Carbon Neutralization as Editors-in-Chief. It has been indexed by ESCI and DOAJ databases.

The Journal of Zhejiang University-SCIENCE B (Biomedicine & Biotechnology) aims to report cutting-edge academic research achievements in the field of biomedicine and biotechnology. It is jointly edited by Academician Duan Shumin from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academician Liu Zhihong from the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The journal is indexed by SCI-E, MEDLINE, PMC, Scopus, CSCD, CNKI, ISTIC, and other core databases. It was the winner of the 32nd Zhejiang Shuren Publishing Award.

The Bio-Design and Manufacturing (English) mainly publishes articles in advanced manufacturing (such as 3D printing and bio-processing engineering), bio-inks and formulations, tissue and organ engineering, medical and diagnostic devices, bio-product design, and bionic design and manufacturing.
