Registration and Payment

1. Please click "Register" below or scan the QR code to enter the registration system.

2. Early bird registration (20% discount) ends at 0:00 on October 31, 2024.

3. Doctoral and Master's students can enjoy a 50% discount with a valid student ID. Groups of 5 or more can enjoy a 20% discount through group registration. Please note that group discounts cannot be combined with student discounts.

4. The registration fee is considered confirmed upon successful payment within 72 hours of registration approval. All attendees must register online and complete the online payment process.

5. Registration will close at 0:00 on November 6, 2024.

6. The registration fee covers: participation in the WYSS2024 plenary session, parallel sessions and featured sessions (closed-door meeting excluded), WYSS Carnival, and other activities; one set of conference materials; lunches and dinners during the conference; and scheduled shuttle bus service.

7. Attendees must present their original valid ID upon check-in. Doctoral and Master's students must present a valid student ID.

8. Authors whose papers or abstracts are accepted for publication in the special issue, proceedings, or for invited talks, oral presentations, or poster exhibition are exempt from the registration fee.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@wyss.org.cn. Refunds will be processed upon approval.

2. For cancellation requests submitted before 24:00 on September 30, the registration fee will be fully refunded upon approval.

For cancellation requests submitted between 0:00 on October 1 and 24:00 on October 20, a 200 RMB service fee will be deducted from the refund.

For cancellation requests submitted between 0:00 on October 21 and 24:00 on November 10, a 300 RMB service fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once the registration system is closed, registration cancellations will not be accepted.

3. All refunds will be issued in Renminbi (RMB). All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.

Invoice Application

1. The invoice application system will be open on November 20, 2024, at 00:00. Participants can log in to their personal center and apply for an invoice on the “invoice” page. It will be processed within 10 working days.

2. All invoices will be electronic invoices.

3. The invoice content will be based on the information submitted on the invoice application page. Invoices will be directly sent to the email address provided by the participant during registration. For group participants, the invoice will be sent to the designated email address of the group leader.
