Registration and Payment

1. Registrations completed before 24:00, October 10, 2025 are eligible for the Early Bird discount (20% off).

2. Doctoral and Master's students can enjoy a 50% discount with a valid student ID. Groups of 5 or more can enjoy a 20% discount through group registration. Please note that group discounts cannot be combined with student discounts.

3. All registrations are subject to review by the organizers. Applicants will be notified of the review result via SMS.

4. Upon receiving the notification of acceptance, registrants must complete payment within 72 hours. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the registration. Registration is considered complete only after successful payment.

5. The registration fee includes access to the plenary session, parallel sessions, and Universal Gravitation π: Showcase and Exchange Event, one set of conference materials, lunches and dinners during the conference, as well as designated shuttle bus services.

6. For attendees whose submitted papers or abstracts are accepted for publication in special issues, invited talks, oral presentations, or poster presentations, the registration fee will be fully refunded after the final acceptance list is confirmed.

7. The registration portal will close at 24:00, October 20, 2025.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the conference contact address info@wyss.org.cn. Refunds will be processed upon review and approval.

2. For cancellations submitted before 24:00, October 10, 2025, the full registration fee will be refunded after approval.

For cancellations submitted between 00:00, October 11, 2025 and 24:00, October 20, 2025, a processing fee of RMB 300 will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

After the registration portal closes, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

3. All refunds will be settled in Renminbi (¥) and processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the Summit.

Invoice Application

1. The invoice application service will be available in the registration system starting from 00:00, November 1, 2025. Participants may log in to their personal account and apply via the Invoice Application page. The organizers will process applications within 10 working days.

2. Only electronic invoices will be provided for this Summit.

3. The invoicing details will be based on the information submitted on the Invoice Application page. Once issued, electronic invoices will be sent directly to the email address provided during registration. For group attendees, the invoice will be sent to the email address of the designated group leader.
