With the theme of "Living Factory", Dr. Justin Pahara
exchanged his understandings about biotechnology innovation
with the audience and shared his experiences and insights in
the field of biological science.

He believed that an organism was an innovative platform.
It evolved from a single-celled organism to more and more
diversified organism, thus becoming a eukaryote, a multicellular
organism and ultimately a human being in the process of
evolution. Secondly, he proved the innovation of biotechnology
through some cases of genetic engineering projects. Finally,
he encouraged everyone to practice actively, try bravely and
start from what they can get within reach to understand the
fundamentals and understand biology and then further develop.

After the report, Dr. Justin Pahara had a heated discussion
and exchange with the students who rose a lot of questions,
for example, "Will biological experiments cause disasters and
other issues? How should we prevent them?" "Can we recreate
species with some DNA or genetic tools?" "How to make trade-
off in bioengineering, and how to solve the disadvantages in
the future development of bioengineering, and how to develop
the advantages?" Dr. Justin Pahara patiently answered those
questions.
