本次会议由中国科学技术协会、浙江省人民政府指导，IOP 英国物理学会出版社、浙江
省科学技术协会及温州市人民政府联合主办，温州市科学技术协会承办。北京大学林金
泰教授担任大会主席。受疫情影响，会议采取线上会议方式进行，通过特邀报告、主旨
报告的形式，展示学术成果，促进学术交流。两天的会议期间共开展七个专题报告会和
两个精彩的大会报告。共有超过 500 人注册参会，并有超 12000 人次在线观看会议直
播和参与互动交流。
2007 年诺贝尔和平奖获得者、美国加州大学伯克利分校教授丹尼尔 · 科曼出席了开幕式
并致辞，对本次会议的开展寄予了深厚的期望。英国物理学会出版社副总监蒂姆 · 史密
斯也在开幕致辞环节对各位专家学者的参与表示热烈的欢迎。
The conference was directed by the China Association for Science and Technology
(CAST) and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, co-sponsored by the IOP
Publishing, the Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology and the People's
Government of Wenzhou, and undertaken by the Wenzhou Association for Science
and Technology. Professor Jintai Lin from Peking University was designated as the
chairman of the conference. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference
was conducted online to showcase academic achievements and promote academic
exchanges through invited reports and keynote presentations. Seven special
presentations and two excellent conference presentations were conducted during the
two-day session. More than 500 participants registered for the conference, and more
than 12,000 people watched the conference live online and participated in interactive
exchanges.
Daniel Kammen, the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize laureate and professor at the University
of California, Berkeley, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, with
deep expectations being placed on the conference. Tim Smith, deputy director of the
IOP Publishing, also gave a warm welcome to the experts and scholars in the opening
speech session for their involvement.
