报告嘉宾以多元视角呈现了新型计算理论、体系架构以及前沿技术，聚焦“面向智能
的计算和智能驱动的计算”主题，为参会青年科学家带来了观点鲜明、内容丰富的学
术报告。同时，主办方经前期征集评审，在本次论坛上发布了由中外科学家提出的智
能计算领域可能会产生颠覆性影响的 10 个重要科学问题，并围绕这些科学问题组织
开展圆桌讨论，全方位呈现了新型计算理论、体系架构以及前沿计算技术的研究进展。

The speaking guests presented new computing theories, architecture and cutting-
edge technologies from multiple perspectives, and made academic presentations with
clear views and rich contents under the theme of “Intelligence-oriented Computing
and Intelligence-driven Computing”. Meanwhile, after early-stage solicitations and
reviews, the organizers released the 10 important scientific questions that could have
a disruptive impact raised by Chinese and foreign experts. With the focus on these
scientific questions, a roundtable discussion was held and presented the research
progress in new computing theories, architecture and cutting-edge computing
technologies in an all-round manner.
