At the opening ceremony, Qinglin Wang, Deputy Director General and First-class
Inspector of the Department of International Affairs of China Association for Science
and Technology, Yong Gan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering,
Executive Deputy Director of the Strategic Steering Committee of China Hydrogen
Alliance, and Zhenyong Wang, Vice Mayor of the People’s Government of Whenzhou
made their speeches. The forum was presided over by Haiyan Xu, Deputy Secretary
General of the People’s Government of Whenzhou, and Prof. Tong Zhang from Tongji
University.
