程在“元科学”的分享中缓缓展开。
陈韬是国基南方有限公司正高级研究员、主任设计师，同时也是第十七届青年科技奖
获得者。会上，他详细介绍了半导体的四个特性和发展历程，并讲述了自己的科研之路。

What exactly is semiconductor that has changed the world?
From the birth of bipolar transistors to the wide application of integrated circuits
and from the first generation to the second generation, the development process of
semiconductors was slowly presented in sharing “Metascience” .
Tao Chen is a senior researcher and chief designer at CLP Guoji South Group Co., Ltd.,
and also a winner of the 17th China Youth Science and Technology Award. At the event,
he introduced in detail the four characteristics and development of semiconductors,
and shared his scientific research experience.
