浙江省科协二级巡视员戴力，温州市政府副秘书长徐海严，英国物理学会首席执行官（主
席）Tom Grinyer 和中国科学院院士、中国物理学会副理事长、中国科学技术大学教
授赵政国分别代表各组织单位通过视频连线形式出席开幕式并致辞。会议开幕式由大
会主席中国科学技术大学陆朝阳教授主持。

Li Dai, Second-class Inspector of Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology,
Haiyan Xu, Deputy Secretary General of the People’s Government of Whenzhou, Tom
Grinye, CEO (Chairman) of the Institute of Physics, and Zhengguo Zhao, Academician
of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Vice President of Chinese Physical Society and
Professor of the University of Science and Technology of China represented their
respective organizations to attend and address the opening ceremony via video links.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Chaoyang Lu, President of Quantum
2022 and Professor of the University of Science and Technology of China.
