题， 8 位学术大咖围绕上海大学医工交叉平台、新
时期医疗器械产业政策发展动向、3D 生物打印
技术构建大尺寸骨类器官等多个议题展开学术
交流。
中国科学院院士、上海大学校长刘昌胜，温州市
人大副主任徐育斐出席大会并致辞，并与上海大
学转化医学研究院院长苏佳灿，瓯海区委副书
记、区长刘云峰，温州市科技局副局长金龙军，上

At the 2023 "Belt and Road" Medical Device Innovation Cooper-
ation Conference with the theme of "Exchange and Integration,
Collaborative Innovation, Joint Construction and Sharing, Mutual
Benefit and Win-Win," eight renowned scholars exchanged views
on various topics, such as the medicine-engineering interdiscipli-
nary research platform at Shanghai University, the development
trends of the policies for medical device industry in the new era,
and the production of large bone organs using 3D bio-printing
technology.
Liu Changsheng, Academician of the Chinese Academy of
Sciences and President of Shanghai University, and Xu Yufei, Dep-
uty Director of the Wenzhou Municipal People's Congress, de-
livered speeches at the conference. They attended the launching
