12 月 4 日联合国秘书长古特雷斯致信峰会全体参会者，表达对峰会

俄罗斯等 10 多个国家的驻华代表现场参会，全球青年科技领袖圆桌
会、大学创业世界杯等重点活动被纳入联合国成立 75 周年活动框架，
充分彰显了国际性、青年性、科学性特点。
