Trip to Wenzhou of National High-level Talents

2020 国家高层次人才温州行是温州市推进“科创中国”的重要实践活动，分别于 2020 年 9 月和 12 月举办
了 2 场区域产业技术对接会，峰会期间举行了国家高层次人才、长三角创投家、温州企业家等参加的联谊
会。通过对接会、联谊会的形式，搭建起了“三界”融合平台，依托国家特聘专家联谊会的科技人才资源，结
合温州当地的产业情况，挖掘一批新技术、新项目、新人才，推动专家成果转化、专企技术合作，推动温
州产业全面升级发展。两场对接会，紧密围绕鹿城、瓯海产业现状以及企业技术需求，邀请了电子信息、智
能制造、新材料等领域 19 位国家高层次人才，带来 13 项所属领域相关领域的前沿技术和科技成果，吸收
了康奈集团、星际控股、凯迪仕、通达光学等 80 余家企业参加，并对 20 家企业进行点对点的技术对接，达
成了 5 项技术合作意向，多家企业与专家建立了长效联系机制。

The 2020 Trip to Wenzhou of National High-level Talents was an important practical activity
of Wenzhou to promote the "Innovation China" project. The event included two meetings on
regional industrial cooperation in technology respectively in September and December 2020.
During the proceedings of the summit, a fellowship meeting was organized for high-level talents,
venture capitalists in the Yangtze River Delta and entrepreneurs in Wenzhou. In the form of
cooperation negotiation meeting and fellowship meeting, a platform for "three-circle" integration
was established. By relying on the science and technology talent resources of the fellowship
meeting of national distinguished experts and in line with local industry situation of Wenzhou, the
summit seeks to explore a batch of new technologies, new projects and new talents and promote
the transformation of experts' achievements, cooperation between experts and enterprises in
technology and the comprehensive upgrading and development of industries in Wenzhou. The two
cooperation negotiation meetings firmly centered on the industry situation and technology needs
of enterprises in Lucheng and Ouhai. 19 national high-level talents from the fields of electronic
information, intelligent manufacturing and new materials were invited to the meetings. They
brought with them 13 cutting-edge technologies and scientific and technological achievements in
related areas. The meetings attracted the participation of 80-odd enterprises including KANGNAI,
SENKEN, KAADAS and TONGDA OPTICS, and arranged point-to-point negotiations for 20
enterprises, through which 5 initial intentions of cooperation in technology were reached and a
number of enterprises established a long-term contact mechanism with the experts.
