今年的 2020 温州全球精英创新创业大赛设有9 个行业赛，共10 个分赛区，吸引了940 个项目踊跃报名，其
中有 130 个项目参加生命健康行业赛。通过前期层层选拔，20 个优质眼视光项目进入本场总决赛。

大赛邀请到了 11 位行业大咖担任总决赛评委，围绕项目的创业团队能力、项目技术创新力、项目可行性、项
目产业化前景、项目落户可行性等五方面进行打分，最终《青光眼治疗创新解决方案》项目取得一等奖。《激
光视力矫正手术用飞秒激光设备》、《弱视近视医疗智能眼镜及核心微显示芯片》项目获得二等奖。《植入
式眼球震颤电刺激器》、《AI 凝视层析视网膜成像设备的产业化》、《璧羽智能助视器》项目获得三等奖。其
中，《植入式眼球震颤电刺激器》项目还获得最具投资价值奖。

作为大赛眼视光领域项目的主要承载地，中国眼谷是温州市以眼视光为核心的生命健康产业集聚地和环
大罗山科创走廊核心园区。在 2022 年之前专项投入 2.75 亿元，吸纳企业和社会配套资金 3 亿元，与世界
500 强企业爱尔康集团、诺华集团、艾尔建集团、目立康集团和国内上市企业、眼科大型企业兴齐眼药、贝
瑞基因、爱尔眼科、清大视光等联合打造世界领先水平的眼视光装备、视觉光学、眼用材料、眼科药物
和智慧医疗五大科创平台，填补全国眼视光研发体系空白。

The Final of Global Elite Innovation & Entrepreneurship Contest 2020 included 9 industry
contests in 10 contest areas. The contest attracted the application of 940 projects, 130 of which
participated in the contest of the life and health industry. After preliminary selections, 20 quality
visual optical projects were qualified for the final.

11 industry celebrities were invited to serve as the judges. The scores were given from five
aspects, namely entrepreneur team capability, technological innovation, feasibility, industrialization
prospect, project implementation feasibility. Finally, the "Innovative solutions for glaucoma
treatment" won the first prize; "Femtosecond laser device for laser vision correction surgery"
and "Intelligent glasses and core micro-display chip for amblyopia and myopia" won the second
prize; "Implantable nystagmus electrical stimulator", "Industrialization of AI gaze tomography
retina imaging equipment" and "Biyu intelligent typoscope" won the third prize. Among them,
"Implantable nystagmus electrical stimulator" also won the award for the most valuable project for
investment.

As the main place for hosting the competition of projects in the field of visual optics, China
Eye Valley is a life and health industry cluster with visual optics as the core and the core park
