圆桌会分为闭门会议和座谈会两个阶段。在闭门会议上，宣言起草小
组介绍了《世界青年科学家峰会温州宣言》的形成过程，全球青年科
技领袖代表讨论并通过宣言，该宣言于 10 月 18 日在本届峰会开幕式
上宣读。
The Roundtable was further divided into a closed-door
meeting and a dialogue. At the closed-door meeting, the
declaration drafting group introduced the drafting process of
the World Young Scientist Summit 2020 Wenzhou Declaration.
Representatives of global young scientist scholars discussed
and adopted the Declaration which was read out at the Opening
Ceremony of the Summit on October 18.
