Time: In the context of the spreading COVID-19 pandemic, the
14:00—18:00, September 11, 2020 Forum brought together global leaders in the field of life
Venue:
Biomedical Science Research Building, sciences to discuss how to use brand-new approaches to
Wenzhou Medical University overcome obstacles and threats to the harmonious existence
of creatures on Earth and how to protect biodiversity from
threats and maximize the positive effects of biodiversity through
international cooperation projects.
Participants in this special session included 5 foreign
academicians from European Academy of Sciences, Russian
Academy of Natural Sciences and Global Young Academy,
leaders of government agencies and universities, Chinese and
foreign experts and scholars and other guests, totaling 159. The
number of online audiences was more than 1,100.
