中国科协党组书记、常务副主席、书记处第一书记怀进鹏，国家自然科学基金委员会副主任、中国女科技
工作者协会常务副会长高瑞平，温州市委副书记、市长姚高员 , 美国地球物理联合会（AGU）主席、哥
伦比亚大学拉蒙特 - 多尔蒂地球观测所教授 Robin Bell，温州医科大学党委书记吕一军出席了本次论坛
并致辞。

中国科协副主席、中国科协党组成员、书记处书记束为，原浙江省政协副主席、省科协主席姚克，中国
女科技工作者协会会长王红阳院士，曹晓风、朱美芳等女院士以及中外女科技工作者 150 余人通过线下
或线上方式出席论坛。中国科协副主席、女专委会主任郑晓静院士主持论坛开幕式。

Jinpeng Huai, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group, Executive Vice President and
Chief Executive Secretary of CAST, Ruiping Gao, Deputy Director of National Natural Science
Foundation of China and Executive Vice President of China Women's Association for Science and
Technology, Gaoyuan Yao, Deputy Secretary of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor
of Wenzhou, Robin Bell, President of American Geophysical Union (AGU), Research Professor at
Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University, Yijun Lyu, Party Secretary of Wenzhou
Medical University attended and addressed the forum.

The forum was held both online and offline and attended by more than 150 people, including
Wei Shu, Vice President, member of the Leading Party Members' Group and Secretary of
the Secretariat of the Central Committee of CAST, Ke Yao, Former Vice Chairman of Zhejiang
Provincial Political Consultative Conference and President of Zhejiang Association for Science
and Technology, Hongyang Wang, Academician and President of China Women's Association
for Science and Technology, female academicians including Xiaofeng Cao and Meifang Zhu, and
female science and technology workers from home and abroad. Xiaojing Zheng, Academician,
Vice President of CAST and Director of the Special Committee of China Women's Association for
Science and Technology chaired the Opening Ceremony.
