2021 WE 论坛 —— 西湖工学国际研讨会
“ 西湖工学国际研讨会 ”（WISE）是西湖大学工学院重点打造的工学学术会议，旨在为
全球科学家们提供一个分享先进知识理念和研究成果、讨论存在的问题与挑战、探索前
沿科技的国际合作交流平台。2021 年度 WISE 会议设有 1 个主会场，人工智能、生物
医学工程、电子科学与技术、环境与资源、材料科学与工程 5 大学科主题分会场，涵盖
工学各研究领域。
杭州市拱墅区区委副书记、区长冯晶出席开幕式并致欢迎辞，浙江大学的量子点领域的
权威专家彭笑刚教授、清华大学学术委员会副主任黄翊东教授、上海交通大学生命科学
技术学院微生物科学系系主任周宁一、西北工业大学航海学院院长潘光教授等 80 余位
国内外知名专家学者参会进行学术报告和研讨，以多样的会议形式对工学领域前沿技术
和先进理念进展梳理。 5 个国家， 93 位特邀专家， 100 余张学术海报， 500 余名与会人员，
线上与线下相结合，进行了广泛而又深入的学术研讨。

The Westlake International Symposium
in Engineering (WISE) is an academic
conference on engineering created
by the Westlake University School
Of Engineering, aiming to provide an
international cooperation and exchange
platform for scientists around the world
to share advanced knowledge and
research results, discuss problems and
challenges, and explore cutting-edge
technologies. The WISE 2021 symposium
will be composed of one main
conference and five thematic sessions
on AI, biomedical engineering, electronic
science and technology, environment
and resources, and materials science
and engineering, covering all research
fields of engineering.
