the conference was broadcast offline and online simultaneously, including academic
summits, exhibitions and award deciding of biotechnology works, and round-
table meetings, which attracted nearly 500 experts, scholars, industry leaders and
young students from relevant government agencies, universities, associations and
enterprises.

Yuguo Zheng, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Li Dai, level-
II inspector of Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology (ZAST), Jie
Chen, deputy secretary of Party Committee of Zhejiang University of Technology,
Hegang Shen, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the
Administrative Committee of Hangzhou Liangzhu New Town, Ming Zhang, chairman
of Hangzhou HUABIO, Xiuli Song, general manager and other leaders of HUABIO
attended the opening ceremony. Fang Wang, secretary of the Party Committee of the
College of Biological Engineering of Zhejiang University of Technology, presided over
the ceremony.
