Professor Albert Fert made a special report entitled Spintronics to Go beyond
Conventional Electronics in Information Technologies, showing how spintronics can
improve the performance of electronic equipment and reduce the energy consumption
of modern information technology. Additionally, professor Albert Fert also talked
about the emerging low-energy spintronic devices STT-MRAM, SOT-MRAM, etc, as
well as the development prospects of magnetic skyrmion and neural morphological
components.

The students had a positive interaction with professor Fert in the Q&A activity.
Professor Fert answered each student's questions one by one, and shared some of
his experiences and insights on scientific research.
