On November 12, the 2021 International
Symposium on Nutrition Research
and Population Health was held at
Wenzhou Medical University. The
symposium was conducted by means of
international online video in both online
and offline forms, and invited 21 famous
academicians, experts and scholars
from nutrition science, nutritional
epidemiology,
multi-omics and bioinformatics at home and abroad. Focusing on "nutrition
research and chronic diseases", "nutrition research and geriatric disease science",
"epidemiology and dietary intervention of metabolic diseases", "food with special
medical formula and aging", "innovation and challenge of nutrition research", and
other issues, they shared and exchanged the latest research progress in the frontier
domains of international nutrition and health sectors, which further promoted
international cross-border cooperation and exchange, and jointly contributed wisdom
and strength to building a community of common health for mankind.
