现场举行了温州大学《Carbon Energy（碳能源）》学术期刊首个影响因子发布仪式以
及温州大学《Carbon Neutralization（碳中和）》学术期刊首刊发布仪式。Wiley——
温州大学知识创新研究院、中国（温州）双碳科创港暨中国（温州）双碳实验室顺利签
约，并成立了中国温州“双碳”科创港建设战略专家咨询委员会，敦聘中国科学院院士
李亚栋为主任，陈小明、方维海、俞书宏、李校堃、孙立成、陈忠伟 6 位院士专家为
委员。

The event also included the release ceremony of the first Journal Impact Factor of
Wenzhou University’s academic journal Carbon Energy, and the publishing ceremony
of its academic journal Carbon Neutralization. Wenzhou University successfully signed
its cooperation projects, including Wiley Innovation Hub, and China (Wenzhou) Dual
Carbon Science and Technology Innovation Port & China (Wenzhou) Dual Carbon
Laboratory. An advisory committee of strategic experts was established for the
construction of the port. Yadong Li, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences
was invited to serve as the director, and 6 other academicians including Xiaoming
Chen, Weihai Fang, Shuhong Yu, Xiaokun Li, Licheng Sun, and Zhongwei Chen were
invited as expert members of the committee.
