会上正式发布了温州鹿城大孵化器科创基金（基金总规模 10 亿元），揭牌了由温州中
关村信息谷公司联合温州市一批金融机构、投资公司等共同成立的“温州中关村科技
金融服务中心”，集中签约了 12 家入驻温州中关村信息谷。
鹿城区委书记白洪楞为有机电子学与柔性电子学专家、中国科学院院士黄维与中国科
学院院士、发展中国家科学院院士徐红星颁发“温州市鹿城区高级引才顾问”聘书。

The event officially announced the establishment of Lucheng Big Incubator Science
and Technology Innovation Fund (with a total scale of one billion yuan), and
inaugurated Zhongguancun Technology Finance Service Center in Wenzhou founded
by ZGC Information Valley and a number of financial institutions and investment
institutions in Wenzhou. 12 enterprises signed the agreement to settle in ZGC
Information Valley.
Hongleng Bai, Party Secretary of Lucheng District issued the senior consultant
appointment letter to Wei Huang, expert in organic electronics and flexible electronics
and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Hongxing Xu, Academician
of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and World Academy of Sciences.
