中国科学院院士赵进东、金振民，中国工程院院士任南琪、侯立安、马军、金宁一，
加拿大皇家科学院院士甘延太，澳大利亚工程院院士张卫，瑞典皇家工程科学院外籍
院士吴季松，俄罗斯工程院外籍院士赵敏，俄罗斯自然科学院外籍院士叶利钦·哈利
洛夫等 11 名院士出席开幕式。
来自多个国家多所国外知名高校的知名专家、温州企业家和人才代表、温州高校院所
师生代表共 400 余人通过线上线下结合的方式参加了开幕式。

The opening ceremony was attended by 11 academicians, including Jindong Zhao and
Zhenmin Jin, Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Nanqi Ren, Li’an
Hou, Jun Ma, and Ningyi Jin, Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering,
Yantai Gan, Fellow of the Academy of Science the Royal Society of Canada, Wei Zhang,
Fellow of Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Technology, Jisong Wu,
Foreign Member of KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Min Zhao, Foreign Member
of Russian Academy of Engineering, and Elchin Khalilov, Foreign Member of Russian
Academy of Natural Sciences.
The opening ceremony also brought together more than 400 participants online
and offline, including well-known experts from Chinese and foreign universities,
entrepreneurs and talent representatives in Wenzhou, and faculty and student
representatives from colleges and universities in Wenzhou.
