周颖在报告中表示,在过去几十年中,我们在改造生活环境所做的主要工作包括 :
开展了大跨桥梁的抗风和抗震研究 ;奠定了我国高层建筑结构抗震、抗风、抗火等
防灾研究基础,实现技术自主从 10%-60% 乃至 100% 的跨越 ;创建了地下工程的
数字化安全建造与智慧运维 ;国家中间实验室也助益基础理论的研究。
经过几十年的发展,我们的城市已经从单体建筑走向建筑群,乃至城市和都市圈。
面向未来是超大城市复杂巨系统综合防灾安全。要打造新一代的全国中间实验室,
向全国推广超大型城市的多灾害风险与安全管理系统,将论文写在中国人自己的期刊
和中国的大地上,还有就是星球建造。
Ying Zhou said in her speech that, over the past few decades, what we’ve mainly done
in improving the living environment includes: carrying out research on wind and seismic
resistance of long-span bridges; laying the foundation for studying the resistance of high-
rise building structures to disasters such as earthquake, wind and fire, and achieving 10-
60% and even 100% growth in terms of technological self-reliance; creating the digital
safe construction and intelligent operation and maintenance of underground engineering;
national intermediate laboratories have also helped researches on basic theories.
After decades of development, our cities have witnessed the change from single buildings
to clusters of buildings, and even become city circles and metropolitan circles. In the future,
it will be the complex giant system for comprehensive disaster prevention and security
in mega-cities. It’s necessary to build a new-generation national intermediate laboratory,
promote a multi-disaster risk and security management system in mega-cities, publish our
research papers in Chinese journals and apply our research results to the land of China.
Planet building is also important.
