CONGRATULATION LETTER

On the opening of the 2019 World Young Scientist Summit, I would like to extend
my warmest congratulations on the summit!

At present, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial
transformation is flourishing, and is going to impose profound impacts on
economic development, social progress, global governance, and so on. The future
of science and technology is dependent of our young! It is a common aspiration
of all countries to carry out scientific, technological and cultural exchanges, and to
promote innovation by, and cooperation among, the young people. The Summit is
committed to building an open exchange platform to promote cooperation among
young scientists, and among scientists and entrepreneurs from all over the world. It
will facilitate mutual benefits and win-win solutions, and summon the confidence,
wisdom and power for global challenges.

I hope that everyone present at the Summit will, under the theme of 'Converging
the World's Talents, Creating a Better Future', promote exchanges, mutual
references and cooperation to consolidate the foundation of friendship and
tighten the belt for cooperation; allow more young scientific talents to realize their
aspirations and dreams, lead economic and social development using scientific
and technological innovations and build together a better future for mankind!
