中国科协党组成员罗晖，浙江省妇女联合会党组书记、主席佟桂莉，温州市人民政府
副市长王彩莲在开幕式上发表致辞，浙江省妇女联合会党组成员、副主席方芳，浙江
省科学技术协会二级巡视员戴力，浙江省妇女联合会二级巡视员鲍冬芳等领导出席。

Hui Luo, Member of the Leading Party Members Group of China Association for Science
and Technology, Guili Tong, Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group and President
of Zhejiang Women’s Federation, Cailian Wang, Vice Mayor of the People’s Government of
Wenzhou delivered their speeches at the opening ceremony. Other leaders participating
in the event included Fang Fang, Member of the Leading Party Members Group and Vice
President of Zhejiang Women’s Federation, Li Dai, Level-ll inspector of Zhejiang Association
for Science and Technology, and Dongfang Bao, Second-class Inspector of Zhejiang
Women’s Federation.
