中国科学院基础医学与肿瘤研究所特聘研究员吴芩应邀作主旨演讲。
她们从宏观和历史角度出发，阐述了女性科技工作者在推动科技发展进程中起到的积
极作用，分享了各自在工作领域内促进女性科技工作者发展的做法和思考。

Zijiang Chen, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Li Yang, Executive Dean
of the School of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology, Xidian University, and Qin Wu,
Distinguished Researcher at the Institute of Basic Medicine and Cancer, Chinese Academy
of Sciences were invited to give keynote speeches.
They shared their views on the positive role of women scientists and technologists in
promoting scientific and technological development from a macro and historical perspective,
and shared their practices and thinking in promoting the development of women scientists
and technologists in their respective work fields.
