Qinglin Wang, First-class Inspector of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Exchange Office,
China Association for Science and Technology, Xiaojun Su, Director of China Centre for
International Science and Technology Exchanges, Xiaoqin Zhang, Member of the Leading
