
The 2025 World Young Scientists Summit continues to center around the theme of "Converging the World's TalentsCreating a Better Future," focusing on the United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the annual topic of "Embracing Change: Young Scientists Shaping the Future Together." The Summit will highlight global common issues such as youth development, sustainable development, technological innovation, and open collaboration. By empowering young scientists to take on leadership roles and tackle major challenges, the Summit seeks to foster partnerships and mutual growth among young scientists worldwide, as well as between scientists and entrepreneurs. Through these efforts, the Summit aims to help young scientific talents achieve their aspirations, unlock their potential, and harness innovation to drive socioeconomic progress—ultimately contributing to a brighter future for all.

The main venue for WYSS 2025 will be the Ouhai Olympic Sports Center in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Ouhai Olympic Sports Center, a major provincial-level supporting facility for the 19th Asian Games 2022, is an integrated complex designed to meet diverse needs including competitive sports events, public fitness programs, cultural entertainment, tourism and leisure activities, as well as business exhibitions. It covers a total land area of 157,724 square meters (236.6 mu) with a total construction area of about 172,000 square meters.
