Sustainable Development of Electric Power in
the Context of World Energy Transition

10 月 17 日，世界能源转型下的电力可持续发展为主题的未来能源论坛在温州召开，中国科学技术协会党
组成员、书记处书记束为，国际电工委员会主席、中国工程院院士舒印彪，世界工程组织联合会主席龚
克出席论坛并致辞。因疫情原因，国际大电网委员会主席罗伯特 · 斯蒂芬，国际供电会议组织主席艾曼纽
尔 · 德 · 耶格尔，英国工程技术学会国际运营总监易恩 · 默瑟以视频形式向大会致辞。

浙江省委常委、温州市委书记陈伟俊，及能源科学界嘉宾，包括诺贝尔奖获得者、中国工程院院士、中
外青年科学家、全国电气工程学院院长等近 200 位嘉宾出席论坛，围绕能源转型与能源高质量发展、清
洁能源创新与气候行动、可再生能源高比例挑战与能源互联网形态下高弹性电网实践、储能价值评估与
碳捕集技术等重要议题，以专家演讲与圆桌对话等形式，通过研讨交流，凝聚能源电力领域中外青年科
学家共识，积极探索未来能源发展新路径。

On October 17, the Future Energy Forum under the theme of "Sustainable Development of Electric
Power in the Context of World Energy Transition" was held in Wenzhou. Wei Shu, member of
the Leading Party Members' Group and Secretary of the Secretariat of CAST, Yinbiao Shu, IEC
President and Academician of CAE, and Ke Gong, President of World Federation of Engineering
Organizations attended and addressed the forum. Due to the epidemic, Robert Stephen,
President of International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE), Emmanuel De Jaeger,
Chairman of International Conference on Electricity Distribution (CIRED), Ian Mercer, Director of
the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) addressed the event in the form of video.

The forum was attended by nearly 200 people, including Weijun Chen, member of the Standing
Committee of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Wenzhou Municipal Party
Committee, and energy scientists including Nobel Prize winners, CAE academicians, Chinese
and foreign young scientists, and presidents of schools of electrical engineering nationwide. By
centering on such important topics as energy transition and high-quality energy development,
clean energy innovation and climate action, challenge to a high proportion of renewable energy
and high resilient power grid, energy storage value and carbon capture technology in the form of
Energy Internet, the forum helped build consensus among Chinese and foreign young scientists
in the field of energy and electric power and actively explored new paths for future energy
development in the form of expert presentation and roundtable dialogue and through discussions
and exchanges.
