科学大使首场活动自旋电子
10 月 13 日,青年 π 科学大使首场活动在温州市第二十二中学举行。本次活动通过线上线下相结合会议方
式举办,诺贝尔奖获得者阿尔贝·费尔教授线上为现场近 400 名高中生、浙江大学以及北京航空航天大学
相关专业的师生开展了一场关于“自旋电子学超越信息技术时代的传统电子学”的科普报告会。
费尔教授向大家介绍了自旋电子学的主要概念和硬盘驱动、M-RAM 等率先应用自旋电子学的产品,展
示了自旋电子学在提高电子设备性能以及降低现代信息技术的所需的巨大能源消耗的方式,讲述了 STT-
MRAM、SOT-MRAM 等目前新兴的低能耗自旋电子设备,最后,费尔教授进一步展望了磁性斯格明子
和神经形态组件的发展前景。
北京航空航天大学微电子学院院长赵巍胜教授作为主持人参与活动,并与现场学生就微纳电子专业以及
如何成为一名电子科学家进行了互动交流。
活动期间,温州市第二十二中学的学生科技社团作了智能军舰裁判器和物联网自修室噪音管理器的新成果
汇报。
First Event of SAP Self-revolving Electron
On October 13, the first activity of YOUTH π Science Ambassador Project was held at Wenzhou
No. 22 Senior Middle School both online and offline. Prof. Albert Fert, winner of Nobel Prize, gave
an online popular science presentation on "spintronics transcends traditional electronics in the
age of information technology" for nearly 400 students of senior middle schools, and students and
faculties of Zhejiang University and Beihang University.
Prof. Albert Fert explained the difference between the emerging spintronics and traditional
electronics with his own research experience. He also introduced the main concepts of
spintronics, products such as hard disk drives and M-RAM that firstly apply spintronics, and
future development prospects of magnetic skyrmions and neuromorphic components. Meanwhile,
Prof. Albert Fert encouraged Chinese students to devote themselves to scientific explorations.
Prof. Weisheng Zhao, President of the School of Microelectronics, Beihang University participated
in the event as the moderator and had an interactive exchange with the students on micro-nano
electronics and on how to become a scientist in electronics.
During the event, the Science and Technology Club of Wenzhou No. 22 Senior Middle School
