去年首届峰会以来，温州认真贯彻落实习近平主席贺信精神，国际开放合作越来越深入，青年人才交流
越来越紧密，科学家、企业家、创投家“三界融合”创新发展路径不断拓展，以国家自主创新示范区、环
大罗山科创走廊、世界青年科学家峰会、瓯江实验室为重点的“一区一廊一会一室”创新格局渐次成形，温
州创新发展迈上了全新起点。希望持续放大“峰会效应”，增进开放共创美好的理念，拓展创新引领未来
的路径，奏响合作成就梦想的强音，在碰撞思想、启迪智慧、凝聚共识中深化国际青年创新合作交流实践。

Since the first summit last year, Wenzhou has earnestly implemented the spirit of President
Jinping Xi's congratulatory message. As a result, the international open cooperation is
deepening, young talent exchanges are getting closer, and the innovative development path
featuring the cooperation of scientists, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists is expanding. As
the innovation pattern integrating one national independent innovation demonstration zone, Sci-
Tech Innovation Corridor around Daluo Mountain, WYSS and Oujiang Laboratory has gradually
taken shape, Wenzhou has entered a new starting point of innovative development. We wish
to continuously amplify the "summit effect", strengthen the concept of openness for a better
future, expand the path of innovation leading the future, make a strong sound of cooperation to
fulfill dreams, and deepen international youth cooperation and exchanges in innovation while
exchanging ideas, inspiring wisdom and building consensus.
