青年是科技创新的未来，互鉴是文明进步的基石，创新是引领合作的动能，世界大变局加速演进的当下，科
技共同体合作网络更加彰显不可或缺的重要价值。怀进鹏书记对峰会如何建好平台提出建议 ：深化青年
创新合作，打造科技创新的开放高地、友谊高地、人才高地、价值高地 ；服务人类可持续发展，为疫后
世界经济复苏与可持续发展汇聚动力 ；在弘扬科学精神、坚持科技造福人类的宗旨下，推动科技共同体
建设，构建“以理服人”的科学共同体、“以德服人”的价值共同体、“以人为本”的命运共同体。

Youths are the future of scientific and technological innovation, mutual learning is the
cornerstone of civilization and progress, and innovation is the driving force for cooperation. As
the world is changing faster, science and technology communities and cooperation networks
further demonstrate their indispensable and important value. Jinpeng Huai made suggestions
on how to build the Summit as a good platform: deepen youth cooperation in innovation and
build an open highland, a highland of friendship, a highland of talents and a highland of value
for scientific and technological innovation; serve the sustainable development of mankind
and gather momentum for the world's post-pandemic economic recovery and sustainable
development; promote the building of a science and technology community, a science
community of "convincing people with science", a value community of "convincing people with
virtue", and a "people-oriented" community of shared future while carrying forward the spirit of
science and adhering to the purpose of benefiting mankind with science and technology.
