浙江认真贯彻习近平总书记致首届世界青年科学家峰会贺信精神，大力推进创新型省份建设，综合实力持
续提升，新兴动能持续壮大，发展后劲持续显现。特别是今年在统筹推进疫情防控和经济社会发展中，我
们深刻感受到 ：科技创新关乎生存和发展，有创新才有未来。当前，全省上下深入贯彻习近平总书记考察
浙江和在科学家座谈会上的重要讲话精神，聚焦打造互联网 +、生命健康、新材料三大科创高地，把人才
强省、创新强省作为首位战略，争当科技和产业创新的开路先锋，为构建发展新格局、打造“重要窗口”
提供坚实支撑。

Zhejiang province has earnestly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Jinping Xi's
congratulatory message to the first WYSS to vigorously advance the construction of an
innovative province, and has continuously improved the comprehensive strength, enhanced new
growth drivers and added momentum to further development. In particular, while coordinately
advancing the epidemic prevention and control and the economic and social development,
we are keenly aware that scientific and technological innovation is vital to our survival and
development and only innovation leads us to the future. Currently, the entire province is
thoroughly implementing the spirit of General Secretary Jinping Xi's important speech delivered
at a symposium of scientists during his visit to Zhejiang, and focusing on the building of a
highland of three scientific and technological areas, namely Internet+, life & health, and new
materials. The province takes strengthening the province through talents and innovation as
the priority strategy and strives to be a pioneer in technological and industrial innovation and
provide a solid support for building a new growth pattern and an "important window".
