在中国国家主席习近平致 2019 首届青年峰会贺信精神指引下，峰会在“开展科技人文交流，推动青年创
新合作”方面结出了丰硕成果。今天，我们高兴地迎来了第二届峰会。本届峰会由中国科协与浙江省政府
共同主办，延续“汇聚天下英才 共创美好未来”主题，集聚科学家、企业家、创投家、艺术家，创造开
放合作空间，分享科技发展成就，携手合作、互利共赢，进一步汇聚共同应对疫情等全球性挑战和以科
技创新引领经济社会发展、共创人类发展的美好未来的坚定信心、青春智慧和青年力量。

Guided by the spirit of Chinese President Jinping Xi's congratulatory message to the first
summit in 2019, WYSS has received fruitful results in carrying out scientific, technological and
people-to-people exchanges and promoting youth cooperation in innovation. Today, we are
delighted to have the second WYSS. This year's Summit is co-organized by CAST and Zhejiang
Provincial People's Government. Still with "Converging the World's Talents, Creating a Better
Future" as the theme, the Summit this year gathers scientists, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists
and artists here to create an open space for cooperation, share achievements in scientific and
technological development and work together for mutual benefit and win-win results. The event
further strengthens the firm confidence and pools youth wisdom and strength to cope with
global challenges such as the prevailing pandemic, lead the economic and social development
with scientific and technological innovation and create a better future for human development.
