                                                                                                                                                           The second quantum revolution has taken quantum communication out of the laboratory. On
                                                                                                                                                           August 16, 2016, China launched the world's first quantum communication satellite (Mozi) that
                                                                                                                                                           has been proved to be workable at various ground stations worldwide. In the future, the goal of
                                                                                                                                                           developing quantum communications is to build a complete integrated space-to-ground quantum
                                                                                                                                                           communication network that can be widely used in the fields of national defense, governmental
                                                                                                                                                           affairs, finance and energy and seamlessly connected with classical communication networks.

                                                                                                                                                           To further develop higher-tech and high-precision quantum computing, it's necessary to
                                                                                                                                                           strengthen and level up international cooperation in quantum science and technology. After
                                                                                                                                                           becoming hegemonic in quantum technology, we will be more confident in building more practical,
                                                                                                                                                           more versatile and even larger quantum computers in the future.
