Ran Zhang, winner of the 16th China Youth Science and
Technology Award and professor of Jilin University, and six
representatives of female workers in science and technology
from different countries jointly announced the Initiative of
the International Young Women Scientist Forum, stated
the responsibility of young female scientists for promoting
sustainable development through science in the new era,
and expressed the wish for reaching consensus and jointly
promoting the building of a community of common health and
a shared future for mankind in addressing global health issues
and governance through the release of the Initiative.

During the forum, women scientists also walked into campuses.
They had cordial conversations and in-depth exchanges with
students at Wenzhou Medical University and Ouhai Middle
School. They also had a presentation session under the theme
of "abide by academic morality and maintain integrity forever"
and "cultivate scientific spirit and image the infinite future".
