开幕盛况

中国科协党组书记、分管日常工作副主席、书记处第一书记张玉卓，浙江省委副书记、
省长王浩出席开幕式并致辞。浙江省委常委、温州市委书记刘小涛作推介发言，国际科
学理事会主席彼得 · 格拉克曼，中国工程院院士、共和国勋章获得者钟南山作在线致辞。
开幕式由中国科协党组成员、书记处书记束为主持。

Yuzhuo Zhang (Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Vice President in Charge of
Daily Work, and First Secretary of the Secretariat of China Association for Science
and Technology) and Hao Wang (Vice Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial
Committee and Governor of Zhejiang) attended the opening ceremony and delivered
a speech. Xiaotao Liu, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhejiang
Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Wenzhou Municipal Committee,
made a presentation. Peter Gluckman, president of the International Council for
Science, and Nanshan Zhong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering
and winner of the medal of the Republic, made online speeches. The ceremony was
presided over by Wei Shu, member of the Party group and secretary of the Secretariat
of the China Association for science and technology.
