王浩表明，习近平主席在 2019 年致信首届世界青年科学家峰会中的寄语为大家做好科
技和人才工作指明了方向，坚定了浙江实施人才强省、创新强省首位战略的决心，鼓舞
了浙江加快建设高水平创新型省份的信心。当前，浙江正承担着建设 “ 重要窗口 ” 的历
史重任，肩负着高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的重大使命，比历史上任何时期都更加
需要创新，比历史上任何时期都更加渴望人才。他希望温州市充分发挥世界青年科学家
峰会承办地优势，强化政策支撑，搭建创新载体，推动务实合作，让更多青年科技人才
施展抱负、成就梦想。

Hao Wang made it clear that the message in President Xi's letter to the first WYSS
in 2019 pointed out the direction for everyone to do a good job in science and
technology and talent work, strengthened Zhejiang's determination to implement the
strategy of strengthening the province with talents and innovation in the first place,
and encouraged Zhejiang's confidence in accelerating the construction of a high-
level innovative province. At present, Zhejiang is undertaking the historical task of
building an "important window" and shouldering the major mission of high-quality
development and building a demonstration area of common prosperity. It needs
innovation more than any time in history and is more eager for talents than any time
in history. He hoped that Wenzhou would give full play to the advantages of hosting
WYSS, strengthen policy support, build an innovation carrier, promote practical
cooperation, and let more young scientific and technological talents display their
aspirations and realize their dreams.
