走进活力的浙江，走进开放的中国，真心期待中外青年才俊真诚携手，在新的更高起点
上推进开放合作，共享全球科技变革机遇，共谋全球创新发展之策，共建全球青年科技
创新共同体。

Wei Shu mentioned that opening-up and cooperation share a common future.
The WYSS 2021 is a major action implementing the spirit of President Xi's letter
of congratulation, an important channel of smoothing the global scientific and
technological innovation network as well as a window displaying the high quality
common prosperity demonstration area of Zhejiang Province. Here, we once again
sincerely invite guests from all over the world to visit the beautiful Wenzhou, the
dynamic Zhejiang and the open China. We sincerely hope that young talents both at
home and abroad will sincerely work together to promote opening-up and cooperation
at a new and higher starting point, share opportunities for global scientific and
technological change, seek strategies for global innovation and development, and
jointly build a global youth scientific and technological innovation community.
