要致力于激励青年一代创新创造，为构建人类命运共同体贡献青春、灵动、多元的智慧
力量；致力于涵养互惠共享的创新生态，培育开放、互信、包容的青年科技创新共同体；
致力于塑造科技向善的文化理念，弘扬科学精神、科学家精神，引导青年科技人才以科
学理性和人文关怀温暖世界，光耀人类文明。

Yuzhuo Zhang pointed out that scientific and technological innovation plays an
increasingly important role in human sustainable development in today's world. To
