举办地，温州牢记习近平主席寄予温州 “ 续写创新史 ” 的殷殷嘱托，正深入实施创新首
位战略，以峰会为支点撬动高质量发展。号召大家忠实践行 “ 八八战略 ”、奋力打造 “ 重
要窗口 ”，全面激活 “ 科技 +” 引擎，拓宽市场主体转为创新主体、科研成果转为创新动
能、创新要素转为创新生态的通道，书写创业之都向创新之城蝶变的新传奇。他期待大
家以峰会为平台，架起携手共赢的合作桥梁，并关注、了解、垂青温州，在温润之州领
略美丽中国，到创新之城共创美好未来。

In his speech, Xiaotao Liu pointed out that WYSS is establishing a worldwide, smooth
and enlightening communication circle. As the host city of WYSS summit, Wenzhou
bears in mind President Jinping Xi's entrustment to Wenzhou to "continue to write
the history of innovation", is implementing strategy with principal innovation in-depth
and promoting high-quality development based on summit. He calls on everyone
to faithfully implement the "Double-Eight strategy", strive to build an "important
window", fully activate the "science and technology +" engine, broaden the channel
from market subject to innovation subject, scientific research achievements to
innovation kinetic energy, and innovation elements to innovation ecology, and
write a new legend of the transformation from a capital of entrepreneurship to a
city of innovation. He hopes that the summit could be a platform for building win-
win cooperations for everyone, draw people’s attention to Wenzhou, deepen their
understanding and their affection for Wenzhou, appreciate the beauty of China in
this warm and moist city and contribute to a better future in this innovative city.
