Expo Center Groundbreaking Ceremony

开幕式上，浙江省人民政府副省长卢山，浙江省政协副主席蔡秀军，教育部原副部长、
中国高等教育学会第七届理事会会长杜玉波，浙江省科学技术协会主席姚克，中国科学
院院士、南开大学原校长饶子和，国际劳工组织中国和蒙古局局长李昌熙，温州市委副
书记、市长姚高员共同出席发布仪式。

Shan Lu, vice governor of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, Xiujun Cai,
vice chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference,
Yubo Du, former vice minister of the Ministry of Education and president of the
Seventh Council of the China Association of Higher Education, Ke Yao, chairman of
the Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology, Zihe Rao, academician of the
Chinese Academy of Sciences and former president of Nankai University, and Chang-
hee Lee, director of the China and Mongolia Bureau of the International Labour
Organization, Gaoyuan Yao, deputy secretary of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee
and mayor, jointly attended the release ceremony.
