In the leadership dialogue session, Professor Peter Gluckman, president of the
International Science Council (ISC), Xavier ASSFELD, consul general for science
and technology of the Consulate General of France in Shanghai, Ying Ye, founding
editor of The Art Newspaper/Chinese Edition, and Firas Bou Diab, young engineer of
the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO), president of the Future
Leaders Committee, conducted a dialogue on the "cloud", to exchange their insights
around the theme of "Collaborative Research in Basic Science for Sustainable
Development".

Ada E. Yonath, the winner of Nobel Prize in chemistry 2009 and Israeli biologist, gave
a keynote report on "Antibiotics for the Future Generation," which stormed the brains
and attracted much attention.
