在 “ 气候行动研讨会 ” 活动环节，来自各界青年代表聚焦 “ 低碳的力量 ” 主题，分享县
域绿色发展探索与实践。浙江省绿色科技文化促进会联合创始人忻浩担任主持，常山县
人民政府副县长黄晓彬、河南省修武县副县长胡雁云、浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学
院研究员侯阳、中国杭州低碳科技馆副馆长俞梁、浙江科技学院碳中和中心主任李俊、
中国生物多样性与绿色发展基金会副理事长周晋峰等出席活动，共同从县域、青年、专
家三个角度为低碳发展谏言献策。
In the "Climate Action Workshop", youth representatives from all walks of life focused
on the theme of "The Power of Low Carbon" and shared their exploration and
practice into green development in the county. Hao Xin, co-founder of Zhejiang Green
Technology and Culture Promotion Association (Green Zhejiang), was the moderator.
Xiaobin Huang, deputy governor of the People's Government of Changshan County,
Yanyun Hu, deputy governor of Xiuwu County, Henan Province, Yang Hou, researcher
with College of Chemical Engineering and Biological Engineering, Zhejiang University,
Liang Yu, deputy director of Hangzhou Low Carbon Science and Technology
Museum, China, Jun Li, director of Carbon Neutrality Center of Zhejiang University of
Science and Technology, and Jinfeng Zhou, deputy director of China Biodiversity and
Green Development Foundation, attended the event and jointly offered advice and
suggestions for low-carbon development from the perspectives of county, youth and
experts.
