11 月 13 日，世界青年科学家联合会筹委会工作小组第一次会议专题会议在世界青年科
学家学术中心正式举行。会上，中国科协培训和人才服务中心主任郑凯肯定了温州对于
世界青年科学家峰会以及温州在前期对于世界青年科学家联合会筹建工作的巨大的历史
性的贡献，指出要站在全局的角度去考虑，找到世界青年科学家联合会中属于大家的共
同的价值追求。浙江省科协二级巡视员戴力提出联合会在宗旨和职责上，可以进一步深
化人类命运共同体的概念。此外，国际合作部国际组织处副处长阚放、浙江省国际民间
科技交流中心副主任项宇琳等参会嘉宾围绕联合会筹建工作进展及未来发展规划等方面
进行了发言。

On November 13, the first meeting of the Working Group of Preparatory Committee
of the World Federation of Young Scientists was held at the World Academic Center
for Young Scientists. At the meeting, Kai Zheng, director of the Training and Talent
Service Center of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), affirmed
Wenzhou's great historical contribution to the World Young Scientist Summit and to
the preparatory work of the World Federation of Young Scientists, and pointed out
that we should consider the overall situation and find the common values of the World
Federation of Young Scientists. Li Dai, the level-II inspector of Zhejiang Association
for Science and Technology (ZAST), suggested that the federation could further
deepen the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind in terms of its
purpose and responsibilities. In addition, Fang Kan, deputy director of the Division
of International Organizations of the Department of International Cooperation, Yulin
Xiang, deputy director of the International Civil Science and Technology Exchange
Center of Zhejiang Province, and other participants spoke on the progress of the
preparatory work and future development planning of the federation.
