下相结合形式展开探讨，共话全球健康与医学产业创新发展。

Wenzhou Medical University 省委常委、市委书记刘小涛，全国人大常委会委员、中国高教学会会长杜玉波，中国康
复研究中心党委书记、主任吴世彩于现场致辞。

In the afternoon of November 13, the International Forum on Comprehensive Health
Care was held in Wenzhou Medical University. The academicians, experts and the
representatives of young scientists gathered together, with the theme of "Reform
and Reflection in the Field of Health in the Context of the Epidemic", and discussed
the innovation development of the global health and the medical industry online and
offline.
Haidi Zhang, the president of China Disabled Persons Federation and Rehabilitation
International made the speech with a video. Wei Shu, member of the Party group and
secretary of the Secretariat of China Association for Science and Technology, Xiaotao
Liu, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee
and secretary of the CPC Wenzhou Municipal Committee, Yubo Du, member of
Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and president of China Higher
Education Association, and Shicai Wu, secretary and director of the party committee
