主论坛上，科技部党组成员、科技日报社社长张碧涌，浙江省人大常委会副主任、省
科协主席姒健敏，温州市委副书记、市长张振丰，中国工程院院士、温州医科大学校
长李校堃致辞。中国工程院院士钟南山作视频致辞。

The main forum was addressed by Biyong Zhang, Member of the Leading Party
Members Group of the Ministry of Science and Technology and President of Science
and Technology Daily, Jianmin Si, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of
Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress and President of Zhejiang Association for
Science and Technology, Zhenfeng Zhang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Wenzhou
Municipal Committee and Mayor of Wenzhou, and Xiaokun Li, Academician of the
Chinese Academy of Engineering and President of Wenzhou Medical University.
Nanshan Zhong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering delivered a
speech via a video link.
