中国科学院院士、中国工程热物理学会理事长金红光，中国工程院院士、白马湖实验
室主任高翔向论坛发来视频致辞，浙江省科学技术协会领导王忠民，温州市政协副主
席王达武现场致辞。20 余位专家学者作主旨报告，紧扣城市发展绿色转型中的核心议
题，共商双碳战略背景下温州市打造高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区市域样板的创新
发展之道。
借助此次论坛，温州市政府有关职能部门、部分高校及企业等 17 个单位签订合作协议，
赋能美丽温州建设 ；温州理工学院发布了低碳绿色校园暨近零能耗建筑，中国工程热
物理学会为其授牌为科普教育基地。

Hongguang Jin, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Director of
the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics, Xiang Gao, Academician of the
Chinese Academy of Engineering and Director of Baima Lake Laboratory respectively
sent video messages to the event. Zhongmin Wang, Leader of Zhejiang Association
for Science and Technology and Dawu Wang, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Wenzhou
Municipal Committee addressed the event offline. Over 20 experts and scholars
made keynote speeches. With the focus on core issues in urban green development
and transformation, they had discussions on the way of innovation and development
of Wenzhou in building a model city for high-quality development and common
prosperity demonstration zone.
Taking the forum as an opportunity, 17 units including relevant functional departments
of the People’s Government of Whenzhou inked cooperation agreements with
universities and enterprises to empower the building of a beautiful Wenzhou. Wenzhou
University of Technology launched the green-low-carbon campus & near-zero energy
consumption building, which was inaugurated as a popular science education base by
the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics.
